I have always said – BT is more than banking. It is about the people and the stories we support.
Today is about those who make the BT team what it is. For them, #peopleofBT, it is a place where we grow together, we learn from each other.
Studies, skills, foreign languages we know speak more about what we have done, not about who we are. And we, at BT, we look for soft skills that do not always fit in the standard CV format.
