If this summer you travel abroad, you have one more reason to spend relaxed with the card. Until September 30, 2026, you can receive 10% cashback on purchases made abroad, every Tuesday, if you pay with your phone using an eligible BT Mastercard card.
How do you receive 10% cashback on payments made abroad?
The mechanism is simple. You pay on Tuesdays at physical locations outside Romania, using the phone at the POS and a BT Mastercard card registered in the campaign.
For each eligible transaction you receive 10% cashback, within the limit of 15 lei per transaction and a maximum of 50 lei per card.
Whether you have breakfast in a café in Lisbon, stop at a terrace in Greece, or shop in a store in Italy, a part of the value of your payments comes back to your account.
Which purchases are eligible for cashback?
The campaign is valid for payments made at physical locations outside Romania, such as:
- restaurants and cafes;
- terraces and bars;
- stores and shopping centers;
- supermarkets and grocery stores;
- other commercial locations where payment is made at the POS.
Which BT Mastercard cards are included in the campaign?
You can benefit from cashback if you use one of the following cards:
- Mastercard World;
- Mastercard Omnipass;
- Mastercard Direct EURO;
- Mastercard Gold Debit;
- Star Forte;
- Mastercard McLaren (physical and virtual).
Good to know:
- If you registered your card in a previous edition of the Tuesday Mastercard campaign, you automatically participate now as well.
- If in the meantime the card has expired and you have received a new one, it is necessary to register it again on the Mastercard website to benefit from cashback.
- Cashback is credited to the account within no more than 30 working days from the moment of the eligible transaction.
