BT Visual Help, a new digital method for managing cards

When you don't like talking on the phone, but you want us to help you manage BT cards more easily, we have a quick solution: BT Visual Help

How does BT Visual Help help you?

  • temporary or permanent blocking of cards
  • reissuing the card after permanent blocking
  • modification of card transaction limits
  • account details - account name, currency, IBAN, balance, number of STAR points for credit card accounts
  • transaction history for each account separately, from the last 3 days
  • details regarding installment transactions for credit cards
  • details about the blocked amounts
  • details regarding the payment obligations on the credit card (minimum turnover, maximum turnover, deposited amount, due date, number of delays)

 

How does BT Visual Help work?

  1. You contact the BT Call Center by phone: 0264 308 028
  2. Select then the BT Visual Help option
  3. You receive an SMS with a link that you need to access
  4. You authenticate
  5. Then follow the steps for the desired action

 

Why do you need to access BT Visual Help?

  • Of a smartphone with internet access and with a mobile number registered in the bank's systems.

 

It's very easy to have direct help on the phone.
